Online Individual Training Course Information

Would you like to organise a personalised training session with our teacher? Our online individual training sessions can cater for individual stylists or salons who wish to join the growing number of Cocochoco professionals worldwide!

This is theory-based training, you will learn about the products, the application processes, and the aftercare.

Products are not included in the price of the training.

You will not need a model for training.

Cocochoco Ireland provides online training to anyone in the world. As the training is done online it doesn’t matter what country you are in.

What is included in the package?

Theory:

• Complete Advanced Training

• Official AIT Accredited Certificate sent by post (upon assignment completion)

• Training takes approximately three and a half hours (including a 15 minute break)

Assignment:

To become a certified and AIT accredited Cocochoco technician, you will need to submit your work on 2 models; before and after the Cocochoco Keratin and/or Hair Botox treatment treatment. Your submission will have to be in video form. The video does not have to be one continuous video, edited in any way, or of a ‘professional’ standard; you can submit a series of video clips taken on your phone. The video or set of clips should show each step of the process, as well as the result. The purpose of the video is to show us you have fully understood the training, and you are following the correct procedures for each step. Our teacher will make sure that you understand the assignment and are confident in submitting before the training is over.

If you wish to be certified in both treatments, one model will have to be the results of the Keratin treatment, and the other the results of the Hair Botox treatment. You will only be certified in the treatments you submit as assignments. You will need to upload evidence of your hairdressing profession (general hairdressing diploma or degree) or evidence of being enrolled in an apprentice program (if you don’t have the necessary documents please contact us before enrolling). 

Please note, there is no time limit on the assignment.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified hairstylist or stylist in training – prior experience working with hair is essential
• Computer or smartphone with a good internet connection and camera
• Price of the online individual training: €250
• Please contact us to schedule a training date before booking/paying. We want to ensure we can offer you the time and date of your choice (dependent on our trainer’s availability).
• We will send you a link to our virtual classroom. This link is normally sent one week prior to the training date.

We only permit the registered attendee(s) to participate in the training, the certificate will only be issued in their name. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in the termination of that attendees training and no certificate will be issued.

A few days before the training starts, you will receive an email with a link to the virtual zoom class and access instructions. This message will be sent to the email address you entered when booking, make sure your email address is up to date. In case you did not receive the e-mail a minimum of 2 days before your training, please check your spam folder and contact us if you do not have the link.

It’s important to note that to become certified on Cocochoco products you must first complete the training and finish the assignment. It’s not possible to get a certificate without completing the training, even if you have already been working on the products. Please note the payment for online training is non-refundable and non-transferrable in the event that you do not attend training and do not provide advance notice. Please contact our support team at least 72 hours prior to the training session to assess your options if you are unable to attend your upcoming training.

Please note that we are the training provider for Ireland, and we also provide Online training worldwide, however training is only available through English. We certify our students on behalf of Cocochoco Professional. We are accredited by Associated Irish Therapists (AIT). Our teacher has all the required certification to teach and assess. After the training you will be qualified to perform Brazilian Keratin Treatments using Cocochoco Keratin products. Certification recognition may vary from country to country, so it’s important to check local regulations and policies, before signing up for the training.
