Are you a stylist looking to become Cocochoco Certified and perform our Keratin, Onyx Straightening or Hair Botox treatments?
Due to high demand, we have created a self-directed online learning platform that allows you to complete your Cocochoco Professional training from the comfort of your own home.

Our training provides a comprehensive understanding of our company, our formulas, product application steps, and essential aftercare guidance for your clients. After submitting your assignment, you will receive the same fully accredited certificate as students completing our live or in-person courses.
This course is intended exclusively for professional stylists or hairdressing apprentices working towards full qualification.

NOW UPDATED – INCLUDES COCOCHOCO ONYX TRAINING

Our online training has just been updated and now includes full instructions, theory, and application guidelines for Cocochoco Onyx, the newest product from Cocochoco Professional.
By completing this course, you can also become certified in Cocochoco Onyx, in addition to Keratin and Hair Botox (depending on which assignments you submit).

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

At the end of the course, you will be asked to upload:

• Proof of your hairdressing qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree)
  or
  • Proof of enrolment in a recognised apprenticeship programme

COURSE STRUCTURE

The Training Portal is divided into four key sections:

1. About Cocochoco – Company overview
2. Flagship Products – Keratin Treatment, Hair Botox & Onyx
3. Aftercare – How clients should maintain their treatments
4. Quiz – Knowledge assessment
5. Assignment – Practical model submission

The portal includes over 3 hours of pre-recorded lessons, designed to give you a clear understanding of each topic.

There is no live element in this training. If you prefer an interactive experience with live Q&A, we recommend choosing our Live Online Training or Live Webinar instead.

ASSIGNMENT (CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS)

To become a certified Cocochoco technician, you must submit an assignment showcasing your work on three models:

• One model for the Keratin Treatment, if you wish to receive Keratin certification
  • One model for the Hair Botox Treatment, if you wish to receive Hair Botox certification
  • One model for Cocochoco Onyx, if you wish to receive Onyx certification

A minimum of two models are required for AIT accredited certification, so for example if you only want to be certified in Keratin, then you will need to submit two Keratin models.

You will only be certified in the treatments you submit assignments for.

For AIT-accredited certification:
• You must submit video evidence showing all steps of the treatment as well as the final results this in the requirement of accreditation body.
• Photo submissions will not be accredited.

If accreditation is not required:
• You may submit before & after photos instead of videos, including written description of the complete process you have followed to get the results.

We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm whether an accredited certificate is required.

HOW THE TRAINING PORTAL WORKS

• Once you purchase the course, you will receive an email with your username, password, and login instructions.
  • Each stylist receives one Training Terminal.
  • Upon completing the course and having your assignment approved, you will receive your certificate(s).
  • Certificates are issued in the name of the stylist who completed the assignment.
  • To receive certification in all three treatments (Keratin, Botox, Onyx), you must submit one video for each treatment.
  • When the training is completed and your assignments are approved, you will also receive a link to a PDF Training Manual for future reference.

This training is a home-study option, ideal for experienced stylists. It is shorter and more direct than our live training, or webinar which allows the trainer to expand on techniques, share professional tips, and answer questions. Live interaction is not included within the portal, but our support team is available once you have finished your training.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• We are the official Cocochoco training provider for Ireland, and we provide online training worldwide.
  • We certify students on behalf of Cocochoco Professional.
  • We are accredited by Associated Irish Therapists (AIT).
  • Our educator holds all necessary teaching and assessment qualifications.
  • After completing the training, you will be qualified to perform Cocochoco Keratin Treatments.
  • Certification recognition varies by country; please check local regulations before purchasing the course.
  • Only one postal fee is included in the training fee. If you complete one treatment now and another later, a second postal fee of €5.00 will apply.
  • Only video-based assignments qualify for fully accredited certificates, as required by AIT.
